How can I track my order ?
The moment your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
No tracking link yet? Your snacks might still be
getting packed. If you think something’s off, drop us your order number and we’ll track it down.

How can I change my address or phone number of my order ?
Typed the wrong address? Happens to the best of us.
Send our support team your order number + the correct details ASAP
and we’ll try to update it before your snacks leave the building.
If the order has already shipped, changes may
not be possible (your snacks are already on the road).

What do I do in case of failed delivery ?
Sometimes the courier misses you (sad moment).
Usually they’ll attempt delivery again the next working day, or reach
out to reschedule.
If things still aren’t working out, contact us
with your order number and we’ll
help get your snacks safely home.

Why can I not track my order?
Your snacks might still be getting ready for their big journey.
Tracking links usually activate after the order is shipped, and
sometimes it can take up to 24-48
hours for tracking updates to
appear.
If it’s still not showing after that, send us
your order number and we’ll take
a look.
Can I add multiple items in an order ?
Absolutely. Go wild! Your cart can handle it.
You can add as
many products as you like to a single order, just pop them into your
cart before checkout and place the order once you're ready.

Can I edit my order after placing it ?
Orders can’t be edited once they’re placed (our snack-packers move fast).
If you
need to change something, reach out to our support team as soon as possible with your order number. If your order
hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try
our best to help. If it’s already on the way, edits may no longer be possible
Can I ship the products to an address that is different from the billing address ?
Yep, no problem at all.
You can ship your snacks to any address you want, even if it’s different from your billing address. Just enter the correct delivery address at checkout, and
we’ll send the goodies there.
Can I order an item that’s out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, it
unfortunately can’t be ordered at the moment our snack shelves are officially
empty.
But good news: many of our imported products do get restocked. You can simply click the “Notify Me” button on the product
page and enter your email, and we’ll let you know the moment it’s back.
First email in usually gets the snacks.
I am having payments problems when I try to place an order, how do I go about this ?
Payment hiccups happen sometimes don’t worry, your snacks aren’t going
anywhere.
First, try refreshing the page and placing
the order again, and double-check that your payment details are entered correctly. You can also try a different payment method or browser.
If it’s still not working, you can DM us on Instagram and place your order offline with our team, we’ll help you get your snack fix sorted.
You can also contact our support team with a screenshot of the error, and we’ll help figure it out.
What shelf life of products can I expect while placing an order with nosh?
We make sure that all products shipped from Nosh have reasonable shelf life remaining at the time of dispatch.
Sincemost of our snacks are imported from
different parts of the world, the exact expiry dates can vary by product and batch. But don’t worry we always aim to send products with enough time left for you to actually enjoy them (not speed-run eat them… unless you want to)
Authenticity and Genuiness
Does the storage facility at Nosh insure the quality of products storage?
Yes. At Nosh, we take product storage and quality very seriously.
Our products are stored in controlled conditions designed to maintain
freshness and quality, especially for temperature-sensitive items like chocolates and confectionery. These products require stable temperatures and low humidity to preserve their taste, texture, and appearance.
For example, chocolates are ideally stored in environments around 12–20°C with controlled humidity, which helps prevent melting, texture changes, or the white coating known as “bloom.”
In short, we ensure that products are stored carefully and handled properly before dispatch, so they reach you in the best possible condition, ready to snack on.
What measures does Nosh take to insure the order is notdamaged during delivery ?
We take extra care to make sure your snacks reach you safe and snack-ready.
All orders are securely packed with protective packaging and cushioning
to minimise damage during transit. Fragile items are given additional protection, and melt-sensitive products like chocolates are packed with ice packs to help reduce melting during warmer conditions.
In short, we pack your order the way we’d want our own snacks delivered safe, protected, and ready to enjoy!

everything reaches you in the best possible condition.

Are your products authentic?
Yes! All products sold at Nosh are 100%
authentic imported products.
We source our snacks and beverages directly from trusted international suppliers and distributors, ensuring they are genuine global brands and not replicas or locally produced versions. Imported specialty stores typically rely on verified sourcing and proper import channels to guarantee authenticity and correct labelling.
Our products also go through proper storage, quality checks, and handling before dispatch, so you receive the same international products you’d find
abroad just delivered to your doorstep.
Why do some products have foreign labels?
Many of our products are directly
imported from different countries, so the packaging may sometimes be in the original language of the country
they come from.
This is completely normal for international products and simply means you’re getting
the same authentic version that’s sold in
that country just delivered to you in India.
Returns, Refunds And Cancellations
Can I return my order ?
Since we deal with food products, returns aren’t usually possible once the
order has been delivered (your snacks deserve a one-way trip).
But if something isn’t right like a damaged item, wrong product, or missing item
let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it out.
I have received a damaged/defective/wrong itemin my order, how should I proceed?
Oh no, that’s not the snack experience we planned.
If something in your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we review the details, we’ll sort it out and make sure the situation gets fixed
as quickly as possible.
Nosh’s refund policy?
Here’s how refunds work at Nosh:
Wrong / damaged items: If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order
number, and we’ll issue a refund or replacement(once the case is assessed).
Change of mind: Since we sell food products, refunds aren’t available for orders delivered correctly and as described snacks are meant to be eaten, not returned 😄.
Processing time:
Once approved, refunds are usually processed back to your original payment
method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment
provider).

How do I cancel an order ? (Before it’s been shipped)
Changed your mind? Happens.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet,
just reach out to our support team with your order number and we’ll help cancel it.
If the order has already been packed and
dispatched, it may be too late your snacks will already be on their way to you.
How do I cancel an order ? (After it’s been shipped)
Once your order has been shipped, it’s already on its way to you which means it can’t be cancelled anymore. Your snacks are officially in transit.
If you still need help with the order, feel free to reach out to our support team with
your order number, and we’ll do our best to guide you.
Are there any cancellation charges ?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has
been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled since your snacks are already on their way.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and handling costs.
Will shipping charges be refunded ?
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Even if an order is cancelled or refunded, the shipping fee won’t be returned,
since it covers the cost of getting your snacks packed up and on their way.
What if I used a coupon to place an order, willI get a refund then?
If your order is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed only for
the amount you actually paid after applying the coupon.
The coupon value itself can’t be refunded or reissued, since it was part of a promotional discount.
Shipping And Delivery Policies
Are there any hidden charges (octroi or sales tax) when I shop nosh?
Nope no hidden surprises at
checkout.
The price you see on the website is the price you pay, plus the shipping
fee shown at checkout (unless
your order is over 500, then its free shipping!). There are no additional
octroi or hidden taxes charged later.
Fun fact: Octroi charges were abolished in India after the introduction of GST in 2017, so such duties are no longer applicable in normal e-commerce transactions.
How does the delivery process work?
Once you place an order, our team gets to work picking, packing, and preparing
your snacks for their big journey.
After your order is packed and shipped,
you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Our delivery partners then bring the package straight to the address you entered at checkout.
All you need to do after that? Keep an eye on the doorbell. Your snacks are on the
way.
Does nosh have any physical store ?
No Nosh doesn’t operate a physical
retail store.
We are importers and distributors of international snacks and beverages, and for individual customers (B2C), all orders
are placed directly through our website.
This allows us to bring unique global snacks straight to your doorstep anywhere in India, without the traditional store setup
My order has been shipped, how do I track it ?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
so you can follow your snacks on their journey to you.
Just click the link to see real-time updates
from the courier until it reaches your doorstep.
If you can’t find the tracking link, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our

Why do i see a delivery charge ?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.
If your order value is below ₹500, a
small delivery charge is added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping and packaging.
So if your cart crosses ₹500, the shipping charge disappears more snacks, no
delivery fee.
How much is the delivery charge ?
For orders below ₹500, a delivery charge of ₹100 is applied at checkout.
The good news? Orders above ₹500 get free shipping.
So if your cart crosses ₹500, the delivery fee disappears more snacks, zero
shipping
If I place an order today, when will it get shipped ?
We usually process and ship orders within 24–48 hours.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

What happens if I receive a chocolate melted?
Chocolates can sometimes soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer weather.
We do pack melt-sensitive products with ice packs to help minimise melting, but factors like temperature and transit time
can occasionally affect them.
If your chocolate arrives severely melted or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and our team will review the issue and help resolve it.

How can I gift wrap an order ?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping.

arrange it for you.
Please note that gift-wrapped
orders may take up to 36 hours to be dispatched, as we take a little extra time to make sure your snack gift looks perfect.

How can I use a coupon code in my order?
Got a coupon? Nice. When you’re checking out, you’ll see a “Coupon Code” or "Apply Discount” field on the checkout page. Just enter your code there and apply it, and the discount will be reflected in your order total.
Pro tip: make sure the code is typed exactly as given and that it meets the coupon’s conditions before applying it.
What are the different modes of payment?
We offer multiple payment options to make checkout quick and easy.You can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI,
Net Banking, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.(sorry we do not accept COD)

Can i pay Cash On Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Nosh. All orders need to be paid online at checkout
using our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. You can choose from UPI, credit cards, debit cards or net banking to complete your payment safely.
Why are some prices lower than MRP?
Sometimes you may see products on Nosh priced lower than the printed MRP.This usually happens because we source products in bulk and work directly with international suppliers and distributors,
which allows us to pass on better prices and occasional deals to our customers.So
when you see a price lower than MRP, think of it as a little bonus for your snack
haul.
